He was flexible enough to agree to come to my house that night at 8pm. He asked a few basic questions about my washing machine-topfront loader model, what was wrong with it- to ensure that he had the spare parts needed. That night after quoting and agreeing on the cost to fix the machine, he was able to replace the broken part on the spot! Didnt have to organize another time to come out. He had a lot of spare parts ready in his van! Overall a really good service, and now I can wash my clothes this weekend. And I was able to pay by credit card.

My IFB washing machine broke down on the weekend and after leaving a phone message on Sunday, The service man called me form this service center and after a quick description of the problem, he told me what he thought the problem was and gave me a quick quote over the phone. He then came out on Monday within the two hour window he said and then returned again on Tuesday again within the two hour window as he needed another part. My washer is working again.
